The staff was very willing to help. I asked for directions for my trip continuation, and the staff took the time to explain every single detail of what transportation I should take. The gentleman even realized that with my mother it was going to be challenging to take the metro and guided me on what I should do, suggesting taking an Uber to the train station. He even contacted a taxi to ask about the cost of a single ride, just so I would have a reference. Besides that, the breakfast was really good with a variety of options. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and the pancakes.

The staff was fantastic, they treated me and my three kids so wonderfully. The mid/late shift gentleman was very kind and chatted with us about each day’s adventure. (Stayed the week) Breakfast every morning was something to look forward to before starting our day. My kids loved the pool, as well as myself after a long day. The rooms were clean, good sized and the beds were so nice to sink into after a long adventurous day! If/when I visit Chicago again, I will 100% choose this location for my stay!

From walking in and checking in to leaving and checking out. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. The pool and hot tub were very clean and rather spacious. They provided adequate towels and everything smelled very clean, the sheets, towels, and room. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and delicious.

The location was exceptional, but what I really liked was how warm the people and the hotel are. Also, their breakfast was delicious. The staff pays a lot of attention to the guests, and always asked if I needed anything. The hotel atmosphere is comfy since it is a smaller hotel, but it has everything you might need.
